This is a great website. I would use this one in the future.

iGoggle

I just created my iGoogle Page - it was lots of fun. I customized it by adding a few things such as Google Map Search, Quotes of the Day, Search Ebay and a Hangman game. I also changed by theme to Summer Ocean.

Google Book Search and Google Scholar

I googled 'The Missing Manual by Sarh Milsten' through the Google Book Search and then went into Google Scholar and searched books held by Victoria University. I can see how this tool could be a good idea for students and staff and the general public.

Google Docs

I created a new document in Google Docs and shared my document with Miriam Ruscigno as a collaborator who can edit my document if she wants to.

I had a play with Google Docs - it is a great idea.

Google Maps was fantastic. I googled St. Albans Campus and Footscray Park Campus. I then had some fun and googled my home address and my mum's home address and used the satellite function. I could not believe how clear it was. This is a great tool. Will use it again.

Facebook and Myspace

I have had a look at Myspace. Quite interesting. I have also created an account at Facebook. This is amazing - had a lot of fun setting it up. Was amazed to see all the friends that I know who are linked to facebook.
